B-schools may approach Supreme Court against AICTE notification

in my opinion in India there should be only one board for 10th there should be only one board for 12th and there should be only one exam for medical one exam for MBA and one exam for engineering and fee should be appropriate so that they can hire good faculty member provide decent payment to the prof. and able to give good facility . In India there should be no reservation for any category . a student who is not able to pay school or college fee government have to give scholarship to that student and also give scholarship to intelligent student who deserve this . then the education is going in upward direction . we Indian pay 25000 plus to a simple police man for security from criminal but pay only 4000(In bihar nitish kumar only pay 4000 to newly appointed teacher) to 15000 to a general teacher that’s why today people lose life to be a police man but no body want to be a teacher . president of America always said they are tensed due to Indian student but we people don’t have good teacher to educate youth of my country . India is very young country because in my country no. of youth is very high in comparison to other country but i don’t have proper faculty member so that we can provide him good education that’s why after sometime they became certified criminal and after that we provide 25000 to a policeman so that they catch that man and put him in jail because he is not good for my society . if you go through news paper a lot of crime is done by 20-25 year old man . so in my opinion my education system need throughout revision but I don’t expect anything from my politician

  1. dear Mr. Pushkar,
    I read ur blog,
I appreciate your efforts in putting out the problems of the modern India.
But if we talk pragmaticaly,i believe, personaly, that you are carrying some piquant revulsions with you, which is evident from your exultent retaliation on the little steps taken by Mr.Nitish kumar.

Mr. Rajneesh,i believe,i suppose any prudent man will believe, that policy making is not something a business which is to be guided by emotions, what seems a well guided reform may ,and it is so that it appears,to be an attempt to harm them.
The basic need for any civillised society is ,food ,clothing, shelter, and in terms of modern world,of cource ,access to information,
A welfare state, aims at providing these to its citizens,in order to ensure these,a proper system is required, which works in a highly complex and constrained manner, where every part has its own significancd

    • thanks for comment ,
1 . first of all your English is nice no doubt
      2. no i am talking about whole education system if you are taking about medical exam a lot of form you have to fill for judging the same group of student a lot of reservation for example if you approaching AMU there u got 50% reservation for Muslims , AFMC :- reservation for armed forces (donot take it orther wise )all state PMT you are not able to appear exam domicile is required that’s why medical is tough exam due to less number of seat
      3. my education system required revision because you a lot of reservation exam is very difficult to crack
      4. what is taught in college campus not more use if you join corporate world for example you must have to read indra noyi statement , infosys establish a training school for own employee once sonia gandhi on opening ceremony said about the training school i forgot my all politics here. course content is highly outdated
5 i am not saying any point on the basis of bihar chief minister nitish kumar ( but i am also not agree with nitish kumar ) any where if you reserch about the payment given to the teacher is little in comparision to his quality .remember your statment you said to you someone asked to me about the university in Bihar but i am not able to tell him the name becuase oinly three university is there my question is you are not to give proper facility to H.C. Verma thats why he joined IITK . you always said to me you want to earn money for your family . you have to think teacher also have a family . if you are going to talk about revolution two category of people have a great value first teacer and second student ( you must read egypt ) . A institute is good only due nice faculty and nice student you take any example harvard business school . for keeping quality you must have to pay nice ammout and there is no problem in paying to the teacher of course a lot of people in india is very richj and no doubt 30 people is still slept in nigt without eating anything . for their child goverment pay to school and if somehow education is improve then this number is also going to decrese slowly . two more example to cler your thougt
1 IIT going to pay the student who is interested in doing M- Tech from IIT only because today no body want to do M-Tech and that’s why IIT don’t have very nice faculty member
      2. IIMA not give permission to his faculty to join new IIM ( faculty is very important part of any institute . for keeping them in your institute you must have to pay nicely
this is my guess in coming time prof. Regine their to join some private institute because they pay nice give more facility

  2. regarding your stand on “how criminals are born”
I would like to suggest you to read yajurveda.
You assert that criminals are born out of the failures of education system,i agree with it,but then i would feel very honest to tell you that this might be one of the causes, but certainly not an exclusive cause.
I would like to ask you a few questions on this
1)do you believe there were no people with criminal instincts during pre historic ages?
2)do you believe there would have been a crime free society durin those days when “gurus” would nt hesitate in asking the entire kingdom from a prince for his gurudakshina?
3)who do you believe came first, crimnals or police?

  3. dear mr.Rajneesh, a/c to the definition of employment given by the I.L.O,
(International labour organisation.,a subbordinate world agency of united nations organusation, which works for the welfare of employed people ,)
Employment may be interpreted to be defined as a situation of economical systems,in which a qualified, able person is able to get a job,and he/she is willing to work at the offerd wages and compensation.

If you believe that nitish kumar is cheating them, then go and ask those 25000 people, who have got those jobs at 4000per month, just answer my one simple question,
What would these people do ,had not had nitish kumar recruited them?
Fuck off if it is a 4000 rs job.
Thus is a naked truth mr Rajneesh, that a job of two pennies in hand is better than a job of millions in nowhere but dreams.

You quote that these people who are working at 4000 are not able enough, and they dont know anything,
If it is so,then i would like you to kindly gey down on your senses, and do some homework on ig first.

If any fellow is willing to work on a wage like that, then this doesnot mean that he is of sub standard quality,
It is a brute fact, that if these 25000people would have refused these jobs, then another brigade of unemployed youth would have joined instesd of them

  4. dear mr. Pushkar,

You said aptly that we have world’s largest pool of educated youth,i feel proud of this fact being an indian..but then mr. Pushker,it is equaly true that life is a race, and for us indians,it is more difficult,as we will have largest number of competitors fighting against us,than any where else.
So dont be so nosy about job offers being made to you,be aware!
It might happen so,that you went on refusing job offers, for greed of more money, and at the end of the day you are left sans job.
And to make things worse for you,at least in your sense, the government wont give you any unemployment pension!
Because by the definition, you wont be counted as unemployed, because you were not willing to work at rates on which thousands others were willing,

  5. i found many biased contents in this blog post of yours.,
I felt very disturbed by the fact that you seem to be politicaly motivated!
Yours state had been ill famed for all notorious reasons in the past, just due to the anarchy let loose by some satan’s son politicians,
And now, when your state is on the uphill path of recovery and image building, you,a bihari yourself, are disfiguring the what so ever remains of bihari reputation,by misquoting and mis interpreting some half incorrect, and politicaly biased datas produced by the master’s of the jungle raj..nd that too on a soci l networking web site?

Dear mr. Pushkar, before complaining against the government policies, just think over the consequenses of a blog post like this of yours.
Suppose any bihari youth feels unsatisfied by 4000rs job,and leaves for any other state for good jobs,he approaches any school, which is willing to pay 25000 to a graduate candidate,
However, the principal of the school reads your biased blog, and BY your misguided facts,is forced to believe that bihari youth willing to work at 4000per month is of so called substandard quality,
And refuses to give job to that bihari youth, inspite of having all degrees, and good marks.
Just tell me will you accept yourself responsible for this’

  6. you must have to believe on your quality and second any one who read my blog and give that job to a guy who is willing to work in 4000 after sometime student know about the quality and some other school approach that guy hire him in the amount which he like.an this is not my fact this is the fact of news paper a lot of content is available on internet for example jeevan joyti faculty of bansal join allen , amit gupta faculty of allen join career point because they paid salary which he want

  7. dekhiye rajneesh baabu,
    Bihar badal raha hai,
    Ap v badaliye,
Badlaaw tabhi spasht hota hai jab log badalna chahte hai.
Aj to apke pass shikayat karne k lie 4000 wali naukri hai,
Jara un dino ko yaad kijiye jb apke state government employees ki salary 10-10 saal se bnd rhti thi..
Jo us waqt criminals paida hue, unko marne k lie police bhot jaruri hai.
Kyoki har criminal yehi chahega ki log us se dare,
Dara kar hi wo apna fayda nikalte hai,or jaha tk mai janta hu,ek dara hua samaj kabhi tarakki nahi kar sakta,bs bheed ka hissa bhr rehta hai, jisko laathi/pistawl k nok pe jaha man waha hak do..
    Aisa samaj mujhe nai chaiye.
Or iske liye mujhe police prashashan chahiye, jinke pas achi suwidhaaye ho,or achi salary ho.
Warna wo police wala apke lie criminals ki golia kis lie or q khaega?
    Kya uski apni jindagi nahi?
Uska v man krega k wo v thaath se table chair laga k baithe,ek student se champi karwaye,ek se pair dabwaay,
3 mahine me a b c d padhaye,or saal ke ant me 5 lakh ruaiye bore me bhar k ghar le jaye?

  8. mr. Rajneesh i do agree that teachers i very important,i bow thousand times at the feet of my reverend teachers who taught me how to read, understand and write..without their teaching it wouldnt have had been possible for me to refute your misguided arguments, but then mr. Rjneesh it is equally true that besides teachers our country needs other professionals as well..

  9. nishant i am not talking aboiut bihar where you find this i am talking about country and if Bihar is in my coutry difinitely i give some example from Bihar but i am not talking about bihar you pls read my commnet , title of post, comment i am talking about education system . i am fully agree with development of bihar but of course appointment of teacher is a mistake done by nitish kumar but after all situation in bihar is improving i am agree with that but if you are going to talk about the development in gujrat oviously very high buit you never forget 2002 riot(the economist 5 feb to 13 feb 2011 ) i think now you understand world level magzine i post you this by mail please read it

  10. you quote examples of allen faculty, everytime i argue with you,
    Mr . Pusker tell me,
What happend those faculties left allen and joined carreir point?
Did allen shut down its business?or c.p became an international university?
The answer to both questions is NO.
    Both are at same place.
For those people, who work only for money, their entry or exit from a firm doesnt, and will never, create any difference to the firm.
Teaching is a pious profession, something which is beyond the comprehension of money .
The reason ,we lack faculties in higher education is that today only a few people are born who work for the satisfaction of their inner soul, all of us are running behind the money.

  11. you yourself are a 9 pointer for last 3 years at a.a.i.d.u.
That means you are quite learned and knowledgeble person, tell me what will you prefer?
A prof. Job at a.a.idu at 25thousand or a official job at same salary in some multinational firm?

I am sure you wil not choose teaching, even at same salary, because you are aware,as every one else is,that in teaching line your growth wil be limited, but in multinational company u can earn milions.
Now dont say that you would go for teaching!
I am sure what you will do!
And for any thing else..,time shall be the answer…

    Gud day.

    • i always love teaching as a profession but definitely i never join aaidu because i am not able to do what i want . if i got opportunity in my life i always interested to join education even if i am a business man then also always take class in good institute free of cost ( question is why , becuase i have money so that i live a very life and i don’t want extra money from education ) second give me third option to join allen in only 20000 and i definitely join this institute because i love this profession . i think now you understand it very well

  12. no they are also a humna being and so they also require money for their need and about allen and C.P no effect but my point is if the guy who is from bihar if deserve nice package got it from other institute if one is not giving him . teacher is marvelous profession but teacher also have child wife , child require good education wife want some good facility and that is reason teacher also want some good facility you want earn money so that you fulfill your parent dream and the guy joined a institute you aspect him he gave whole life to the country why . you also be a teacher but you donot want to be a teacher you want top go outside from this country so that you earn some good money why you aspect that guy he donot run for money for their general need

  13. a fact for you:
Mahatma hansraj, the first principal of the first ever D.A.V school, opend at lahore, some 200 years ago,he worked for 30years,until his death, for dav institution, and that too, without taking a single paisa from the institution, infact he even used to sell any gift he recievd from any body, and deposited in the school fund.
    And for your kind information,he had 3 daughters,and 2 sons,a quite a large family,
And before joining dav,he was a well earning and well known lawyer by profession.
It was due to his sacrifice, and devotion to the humanity, that today d.a.v institutions are the largest non governmental education institutions in india with above 30lakh students on rolls,in above 1500schools in india as well as abroad.
In my openion,he was a geniuine teacher,in all manners,he had all qualities of a teacher,
    Dedication,honesty,no lust of money..
And today’s teacher dont have this.
They work only for money, like labourers..

  14. first of all about D.A. V itself is not following the principal of hansraj (a lot of fee from the student some poor student are not able to join the institute . and second point if you think teacher sold their gift to educate the student then i have nothing to say you i am really very sorry for that because i don’t have any point and if you don’t think so you must have to give payment and i think D.A.V don’t want from their teacher they sold their gift for educating the student that’s why DAV always charged a high amount to the student . if you want this i am not going to be a teacher never . but my question pls answer this why you don’t want to give a very payment to the teacher after all this important for society

@rkpushkar – I respect your opinion. These politicians they don’t give a damn for local people. Well to be very frank these days nobody cares for others. Everybody is busy with their own families their own spouses their own matters. This very word own had made everybody so selfish. If we start thinking about others around, we can certainly make a lot of difference. Look at the headlines these days. Egyptians were fed up their president and the youth organised a rally to throw him out. Something similar needs to be done in India as well or else the country will go down in drains.

this is the opinion of a user of pagalguy
